Are you licensed and insured?

Absolutely! SSI Roofing and General Contracting are fully licensed and insured. We carry both Liability and Workers' Compensation Insurance. We can provide copies of our certificates upon request.
Do you provide any warranties with your services?

Yes, we provide a 5-year workmanship warranty on all our work, along with a Limited Lifetime Manufacturer’s Warranty. Upgrade options are also available upon request.
Do you provide homeowner references?

Of course! We’re happy to share references upon request.
Do you provide written estimates?

Yes, our estimates include a detailed breakdown of the materials and their costs, ensuring complete transparency about the total project expenses. We will include the tentative dates of installation with the estimate. For insurance claims, we’ll first review your adjuster’s estimate and work with your insurance company if any items are missing before we start the project.
